Terms and Conditions

1 - Reception :

the customer is requested to check upon arrival, the nature of the payment of his stay to avoid any misunderstanding on the day of his departure. The property accepts credit cards, cheques and cash in dinars or foreign currency.

2- Rooms:

rooms are rented for the number of people indicated corresponding to the type of room. Anyone wishing to stay at the hotel is required to make known their identity and that of the people who accompany them.

3- Access to the rooms:

Upon arrival, unless agreed by the hotelier, the customer cannot demand to occupy the room before 2pm. The night rental stops at 12 o'clock regardless of the time of arrival of the customer. The customer is required to vacate his room on the day of departure before 12 noon.

4-Payements:

5- Pets:

Pets are not allowed

6- Prohibition:

We remind you that the smoking ban is in force throughout the establishment for obvious reasons of safety and comfort. . Smoking in the hotel exposes you to an additional charge of 100 TND or legal action.
Any untimely activation of the fire alarm for non-compliance with this provision will be charged 200 TND for the cost of returning the fire safety system to service.

7- Key management:

The room key is an electronic key that the customer can keep with him but cannot entrust to a third party. It must be returned on the day of departure. A second key can be obtained by simple request at the reception.

8- Degradation:

We ask our customers to respect the place as well as the decoration of their room. In case of degradation, the customer must engage his civil liability.
We remind you that the linen in the bathroom as well as the dishes in the kitchenette are the property of the establishment. Their loss, theft or damage is the responsibility of the customer.

9- Nuisances :

To respect the rest of other guests, be careful not to slam the doors or make too much noise especially between 10 pm and 8 am. Any neighbourhood noise related to the behaviour of a person under his responsibility, may lead the hotelier to invite the customer to leave the establishment, as soon as the noise generated is likely to affect the tranquillity of the customers.

10- THE INTERNAL REGULATIONS

THE INTERNAL REGULATIONS of the Hotel apply to all reservations. Any stay entails the acceptance of the special conditions and the internal regulations of the Hotel.

In the event of non-compliance by the customer with one of these provisions, the hotelier is obliged to invite the customer to leave the establishment, without any compensation.
